Karen Bailey is the founder of KLB Services, LLC, in Central/Southern Maryland. With over 25 years’ experience in both management and administrative support, Karen grasps both the needs and organizational requirements of businesses as well as what it takes to make those things happen. Her expertise includes business administration, office workflow management, personal management and organization, project coordination, and marketing support. Karen’s experience as a computer systems administrator, information technology instructor, and her expertise in the application of Microsoft Office products adds a technical foundation to her background. Karen is a certified Logistician and Computer Systems Manager as well as an ISO-9000 Process Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt. She holds a BS degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and held a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance for over 20 years.
Born in Baltimore, Karen currently resides in Lothian with her husband and three cats (her two kids have already flown from the nest). Karen is extremely detail-oriented and thorough in everything she does. She enjoys the flexibility that administrative consulting brings to her life. While she thoroughly enjoys meeting and working with local clients, today’s technology allows her to work efficiently with out-of-state clients, too.
